Thank you for choosing REED Manufacturing! If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return, refund, or exchange.

  1. Non-Defective Returns
  • You have 30 calendar days from the invoice date to return non-defective items.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition. Personalized or altered items cannot be returned.
  • All returns will be inspected, and a credit will be issued based on the condition of the items.
  • Our customer service team will contact you if there are any issues with your return.

Restock Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns.

  1. Defective Returns
  • You have 60 calendar days from the invoice date to return defective items.
  • Items will be inspected, and a credit will be issued based on the assessment of our quality control team.
  • If any issues arise, a customer service representative will reach out to assist you.

Note: If Reed Manufacturing made an error, we will issue a call tag and cover the freight costs for the return.

Required Information for Returns

When initiating a return, please have the following ready:

  • Purchase Order Number
  • Number of items being returned
  • Sizes of items being returned
  • Style numbers of items being returned

Additional Information

  • Cut Specials: These items cannot be returned for any reason.
